Back in August, we reported that the Town was the busiest spot in the region for new home construction during the first six months of 2013. We’re happy to say that people are continuing to move to Marana.
The Town issued 44 single-family residence permits in September, raising the total for the year to 587. We’ve already passed the 2012 total of 526. With new projects coming on line in the next several months, there’s room for even more improvement if the economy remains sound.
Town elected officials and employees are committed to making Marana the best possible place to call home. We appreciate everyone who chooses to live here and welcome our many new residents who make this a better community.
